1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
Before an order is shipped, it must undergo our quality control and processing framework:
Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Operating Hours: Our fulfillment channels operate Monday through Friday, excluding official South African public holidays.
Tracking Activation: As soon as your package is dispatched, your tracking number will be generated and emailed to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking portal to update.
2. Delivery Timeframes
To ensure complete transparency and manage expectations safely, we utilize a secure, structured delivery window:
Standard Delivery Timeline: Please allow 5 to 14 business days for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched.
Business Days Defined: Business days strictly exclude weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and South African public holidays.
Regional Variations: While main economic hubs (such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Cape Town) often receive packages faster, outline regional zones or outlying areas may require the full duration of our safe delivery window.
3. Shipping Rates & Partners
We partner with reliable domestic logistics services to manage our regional distributions:
Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Delivery Method: We utilize trackable door-to-door courier networks. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Postnet Suites; a physical street address where someone is available to sign for the package during business hours is required.
4. Delivery Issues & Store Protection
To protect our store and ensure a smooth delivery process, the following clauses strictly apply:
Incorrect Addresses: SPOTLESS HAUS is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer at checkout. Any cost incurred for re-routing or re-shipping the package will be billed to the customer.
Courier Delays: While we do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives within our 5 to 14 business day window, SPOTLESS HAUS cannot be held legally or financially liable for unexpected courier delays caused by extreme weather, customs processing backlogs, industrial action, or national infrastructure challenges.
Unclaimed Deliveries: If the courier attempts delivery multiple times and cannot reach you, the package may be returned to our central depot. Unclaimed packages will be subject to a restocking fee or an additional delivery charge before being dispatched a second time.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the maximum specified timeframe:
Damaged Bales/Boxes: If your parcel arrives showing clear signs of physical damage or tampering, please take photos immediately before opening it and notify our support desk within 48 hours of delivery.
Delayed Shipments: If your order has not arrived after 14 full business days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out directly through our administrative support channel so we can open an official investigation with the logistics courier.
