Return and Refund Policy for SPOTLESS HAUS

1. Overview

SPOTLESS HAUS is a division of BOIPELO MULTI-CORP (PTY) LTD. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted organic body care, and we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order.

2. Order Cancellations

To maintain our processing efficiency, you may cancel your order for a full refund only within 15 minutes of the time of purchase. After this 15-minute window, your order will have been processed for fulfillment and can no longer be canceled. Please contact us immediately at support@spotlesshaus.co.za to request a cancellation.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of body care products (soaps, ointments, and moisturizers), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or handled, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • 7-Day Return Window: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of Purchase: All return requests must include your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Approval: Please email support@spotlesshaus.co.za with your claim. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds

If a return is approved based on the criteria above, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

Under the South African Consumer Protection Act, we reserve the right to refuse a return if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with.
  • The damage was caused by the customer through improper storage or misuse.
  • The 7-day notification window has expired.
